The ECL Certificate at Level B2 in Polish or English is officially recognized in Poland as valid proof of language proficiency for university admission. This applies to international students enrolling in higher education programs taught in Polish or English.

From February 3 to 5, 2025, an examiner training session took place in Yaoundé, Cameroon. The training covered both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. After the theoretical sessions, the participants had the opportunity to try themselves in mock exams. To conclude the program, the participants observed real exams, allowing them to gain firsthand experience of the examination process.

Im November 2024 absolvierten die ECL-Prüferinnen und Prüfer der mündlichen Kommunikation an der ECL-Prüfungsstelle in Taschkent, Usbekistan, eine eintägige Vertiefungsschulung vor Ort. Prior to the February examinations, a one-day in-depth training course was held at our ECL examination site in Hanoi, Vietnam, with the ECL oral communication examiners. The focus was on the use of the PROEXAM examination platform. The participants had the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice, making it possible for the oral examinations to run smoothly.

The ECL headquarters is pleased to announce that a new format for ECL certificates will be introduced starting in June 2023. This updated design offers advanced security features, such as watermarks, elements only visible under UV light, an iris print, and a guilloche pattern frame. Additionally, the ECL certificates include a QR code that provides confirmation of the certificate's authenticity when scanned.
